Part of our mission is to do our best for the community around us, and want to champion and support local community groups and charities. That's why the newly refurbished Gardeners’ House will offer a range of unique spaces to rent, providing affordable working spaces and function rooms for organisations in West Cornwall.
They will be available when we open our doors in Summer 2025. Full details will be out soon - please do get in touch with us on info@thegardenershouse.org in the meantime if you would like to register your interest.

Our plans include the following spaces, which will be available for use:
GROUND FLOOR
A multi-purpose community room will be available for talks, workshops, and craft activities. It has capacity for 30 seated and 40 standing with a bank of sinks and a fully accessible toilet and refreshment facilities.
Perfect for meetings, workshops and lectures, we are happy to discuss hosting your event at The Gardeners' House. We can also discuss catering requirements and event set-up to help you plan.
FIRST FLOOR (accessed via staircase and access lift)
- Study/Reading room - Capacity: 20 seated, 30 standing.
- Gallery/Meeting Space - Capacity: 20 standing.
Both the Study/Reading room and the Gallery/Meeting Space have convenient access to an accessible toilet and kitchenette.
There will also be space on both floors for small exhibitions of local artwork and curiosity collection displays.
OUTSIDE AREA
Attached to the Sensory Garden, is a separate covered area and workshop space with a capacity for 15 standing and a sink in one corner.
Rents for all the spaces will be pitched at a competitive rate with concessions for charities and community groups.
