Fundraiser (40 month contract)

We have ambitious plans to maximise the potential of the Gardeners’ House building and archive to create a long term financially resilient organisation that will continue to benefit the community for years to come. The Fundraiser will achieve funding targets for the first 3 years of the project providing additional funds to the 2 major grants already secured; evaluate potential avenues for project and unrestricted funding; create fundraising strategies for the first 3 years of the project (NLHF funding period) and for the post funding period that will be incorporated into our business model in line with our Business Plan.
Marketing and Communications Consultant (40 month contract)

The main aims of the role will be:

To support and develop a PR and communications strategy for the Gardeners’ House project

To raise awareness of this new organisation within Penzance and West Cornwall, with stakeholders, target audiences and the general public

To develop, support and manage marketing and communication campaigns to support the activity programme
External Evaluation Consultant (40 month contract)

The Gardeners’ House CIO seeks to appoint a suitably experienced consultant or consultants to undertake the external evaluation of this project to create a permanent home for the Gardeners’ House collection within the former stables block, situated within Morrab Gardens. The project is being part-funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund under its National Lottery Grants for Heritage programme, alongside funding from the Town Deal
initiative.
