Meeting people at the Pengarth Day Centre community day

We hosted a stall at Pengarth Day Centre’s community day this Sunday and it was a lovely way to introduce people to the Gardeners' House before we open next month.

We were able to show plans for the building and to talk to visitors about our new Morrab Memories project, encouraging visitors to draw their memories and moments in Morrab Gardens on a shared drawing roll.

It was a pleasure for our team to meet so many people who were interested in the building opening. We received lots of comments about the size of the building, with people excited to see inside - not realising how big the building is after so many years hidden away.

We received a lot of interest from people who were interested in renting out desks for co-working. This is an area we're keen to develop for The Gardeners' House, and we will be sharing more news about this in the coming weeks.
